FBA Member Spotlight: McClain Schonekas

McClain Schonekas is a partner at Schonekas, Evans, McGoey & McEachin, L.L.C., where he focuses on commercial litigation, bad faith insurance litigation, decommissioning liability, lease disputes, disciplinary matters, administrative actions, and commercial transactions.  He has litigation experience in both state and federal court, and has represented sellers, buyers, and lenders in commercial transactions.

Prior to attending law school, McClain worked in real estate finance and real estate development and opened an office for a student housing development company in central New York.
