Report Card on the EDLA's Hurricane IDA Case Management System

Join us for a look at the EDLA’s handling of Hurricane Ida claims at the three-year anniversary mark.  Panelists include: The Honorable Michael B. North, Chief Magistrate Judge, Francis “Jay” Lobrano (Program Administrator), and neutrals Kelly Cambre Bogart and Dewey Scandurro.  These panelists will take a look at the effectiveness of the Case Management Order (“CMO”) governing most Hurricane Ida cases in the EDLA and what they are seeing after cases are certified.  They will discuss lessons learned from handling CMO mediations, unique resolution challenges presented by these claims, and successful and unsuccessful mediation tactics.  If you are handling Hurricane Ida claims, this hour is for you.
