The American Bar Association midyear meeting will be in New Orleans from February 1 through February 6, 2023. The National Conference of Federal Trial Judges (NCFTJ) of the ABA’s Judicial Division will honor several federal judges for their outstanding service to the bench, the bar, and the community.  The honorees are:

District Judge Martin Feldman (EDLA) former chair of the NCFTJ, posthumously.

Magistrate Judge Karen Roby (EDLA)

Bankruptcy Judge (retired recently) Douglas Dodd (MDLA) Baton Rouge.
