 This program will cover some of the basics of bankruptcy law and procedure as it relates to litigation inside and outside of the Bankruptcy Court.  Everyone knows that the automatic stay prohibits prepetition actions against the debtor, but when does it apply to non-debtor affiliates and insiders?  When can litigation proceed against non-debtor co-defendants?  Don’t worry, we’ll keep it light and there will be prizes!
